These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DemandTrack ("Service"), operated by DemandTrack ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
By creating an account or using DemandTrack in any capacity, you confirm that you are authorised to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your organisation and that your organisation accepts these Terms.
DemandTrack is a web-based demand and opportunity management platform for IT consulting and staffing firms. We provide tools for pipeline tracking, workflow management, role-based access control, audit logging, and reporting. The Service is accessed via subscription on a per-organisation basis.
You must provide accurate information at account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@demandtrack.online if you suspect unauthorised access.
Accounts are per-organisation and non-transferable. You may not share accounts between organisations.
DemandTrack is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Your subscription begins at the end of the free 30-day pilot period, if you choose to continue. Fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable — see our Refund Policy for details.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree not to:
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to that processing. You retain ownership of all data you input into DemandTrack. We do not sell your data to third parties.
DemandTrack operates as a shared-infrastructure platform with strict tenant isolation enforced at the database level via Row Level Security policies. We take reasonable technical measures to ensure your data is not accessible to other tenants. However, no system is infallible, and we cannot guarantee absolute isolation in all circumstances.
DemandTrack and all associated software, designs, and documentation are our intellectual property. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service during your subscription period. No other rights are granted.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, infrastructure issues, or factors outside our control. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DemandTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service — including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.
Either party may terminate the subscription with written notice. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered account holders of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
