Refund Policy

Please read this Refund Policy carefully before subscribing to DemandTrack. By proceeding with a paid subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.

Our Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Free 30-Day Pilot

DemandTrack offers a free 30-day pilot on all plans. No credit card is required to start the pilot. You will have full access to the platform during this period. At the end of the pilot, you choose whether to continue — no charge is made unless you actively subscribe.

This pilot period is designed to give your team sufficient time to evaluate the platform before any financial commitment is made. We strongly encourage all prospective customers to make full use of the pilot before subscribing.

Subscription Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Your billing cycle begins on the date your paid subscription starts. Each monthly charge covers the following 30-day period of access.

Because the Service is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately upon subscription, all charges for the current billing period are non-refundable once the period has commenced.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@demandtrack.online. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund or credit for any unused portion of the current billing period.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following exceptional circumstances:

To raise an exception request, contact us within 7 days of the charge at contact@demandtrack.online with your account details and a description of the issue. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.

Plan Changes

If you upgrade to a higher plan mid-cycle, the new rate applies from the start of your next billing period. No partial-month charges or credits are issued for mid-cycle plan changes.

Data After Cancellation

Following cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days. During this window you may contact us to request a data export. After 30 days, all tenant data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
